Storing recordings is optional. In regular use they are kept briefly, for technical support only, and then deleted.

What exactly is VoicePro?
A voice assistant for clinical documentation. You dictate the consultation; VoicePro recognises your speech and prepares a structured outpatient sheet for you to review, correct and use.
How accurate is the speech recognition?
VoicePro is tuned for Bulgarian medical speech and terminology. Like any AI system it sometimes makes mistakes — for example with drug names, dosages or values — which is why every sheet goes through your review. During setup we can check and improve accuracy on your own dictations.
Do I have to review every sheet?
Yes. VoicePro prepares a draft and you remain responsible for the content. You review and approve every outpatient sheet before using it — just as you would check a document prepared by an assistant.
Where is the data processed?
The service runs on Google Cloud in Belgium. With the EU-only configuration, speech recognition and AI processing are handled by providers in the European Union. Providers outside the EU are used only if your clinic explicitly enables them.
What does the free offer include?
A free training session on using VoicePro. The first 100 doctors who complete it get 10 hours of dictation free — around 150 outpatient sheets — on top of the Free plan.
What happens when the free hours run out?
You continue on the Free plan with 1 hour of dictation a month. If you need more, you'll be able to choose a paid plan after launch. You are never moved to a paid plan automatically.
What equipment do I need?
A computer, laptop or tablet with an up-to-date browser and a microphone — the built-in one is usually enough, and a headset helps in a noisy room. There is nothing to install.
